First off...
I've lived here for 3+ years, and I have NEVER seen these "Rats, Mice & Roaches" that some of these previous reviews have mentioned. AT ALL. There's the occasional spider or beetle (they live outside and get cold...its warm in your place. They will come inside and you wont die). The apartments themselves are EXTREMELY spacious. Everything looked great when we moved in. No complaints. Sometimes there might be someone talking loudly outside...but that's normal apartment living. Staff is super friendly, Christy (the property manager) is always active on the property, and always willing to help with any issues I might have. Maintenance is great. Always nice & prompt.
There are plenty of kids and they play outside everyday. Which is nice to see these days. My kids love hanging out with our neighbors outside. Sometimes when you read reviews you have to remember, 1- Not everyone is clean & that can contribute to pest issues. 2- You can always buy some home defense...and spray the place yourself (the stuff works great you're welcome) and your neighbors also can contribute to pests. Not the (complexes fault either)

If you want a nice apartment with a patio and friendly neighbors and neighborhood kids. And great management. This is definitely where I'd recommend.

I have been a resident at Hampstead Heath for 2 years now and I will be renewing my lease. Christy in the office is such a kind and understanding person. She always has a smile on her face when I see her and a smile in her voice over the phone. When I have a maintenance issue it does not take long to be addressed. I appreciate how they keep the landscape on the property up. I also appreciate the food trucks coming once a month. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend or anyone looking for a nice place to live.
